How do I set up a wholesale account?

Registering your wholesale account is easy. Just enter your email below to unlock automatic discounts. Your other details will be saved during checkout. The more you buy, the bigger the discount!

How much discount can I get?

For orders up to 12 pallets (20ft container), automatic discounts are applied at checkout as you reach each threshold, with shipping included for a seamless experience.

For larger volumes such as more than 12 pallets or a 40ft container (24 pallets), we usually process the order manually and apply custom discounts on our end.

If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to reach out to us.

What is your minimal order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, so you’re free to order exactly what you need. However, higher volumes unlock greater discounts—these are automatically applied at checkout as you reach each threshold.

The maximum discounts are handled manually, and the best pricing is available on full pallet orders.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship all orders using standard international shipping, mainly via UPS. If you need express shipping, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

For pallet shipments up to 11 pallets, we ship by air, either to your door or to your nearest airport for cost-effectiveness. This option is available directly at checkout.

For larger orders of 12 pallets or more, we ship using reefer containers. Delivery can be arranged to your nearest port or all the way to your door, depending on your needs. These shipments are handled manually, so please contact us and we’ll help find the best solution.

You’re also welcome to book your own shipping if you have good connections with a freight forwarder.

How can I order if my country or region isn’t listed?

Although we have extensive experience with Swedish candy and its market, we are relatively new to exporting these delightful treats beyond Sweden’s borders. Our website is newly launched, so some shipping options may not yet be fully optimized. However, we do ship worldwide!

If you don’t see your country listed as a shipping option, simply select the closest available region and send us a message. We’ll handle the adjustment on our end at no extra cost to you.

For example, when a customer from the Philippines noticed their region wasn’t listed, they reached out to us. We quickly updated our system, and they successfully placed their first order within minutes.

How can I be sure you have my items in stock and will dispatch my order promptly?

We update our site daily, constantly adding new products and ensuring availability information is accurate. However, Swedish candy trends shift quickly, and demand can occasionally exceed supply, leading to temporary stock shortages before updates are reflected online.

Rest assured, we work closely with suppliers and stock large wholesale quantities of most items. In rare cases where a product is out of stock, we’ll promptly inform you and suggest alternatives to minimize delays.

Some flavors are incredibly popular and may take weeks to restock, especially if factories pause production. But if it’s on our site, it’s available to order. Please contact us for assistance—we’re here to help!

How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. For most orders, the processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on the size of your order and current warehouse stock levels.

Small to medium orders: Typically processed within 1-5 business days.

Large orders (pallets): If everything is in stock, processing time remains 1-5 business days. For orders over one pallet or up to a full container, preparation may take 5-15 business days to ensure everything meets our high standards.

Regardless of your order size, we maintain clear communication to keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you have experience exporting Swedish candy to my country?

Yes! Over the past few months, we have shipped more than 100 pallets of candy worldwide. While the majority of our exports go to the United States and Canada, we are always excited to expand to new regions.

We ensure smooth export processes by providing documentation such as:

  • Certificates of origin for most products
  • FDA compliance for shipments to the United States
  • Packing slips and invoices after order finalization

Additional documentation can be arranged as needed for your specific requirements. If you have any questions about customs clearance or paperwork, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you.

Do you offer credit solutions? 

We aim to make your experience with us as flexible and positive as possible. While we primarily work with partial credit solutions, we’re happy to discuss options tailored to your needs.

For wholesale orders, you can pay for a portion of the goods upfront, and we’ll arrange credit for the remaining balance. Offering samples free of charge is another way we ensure you get to enjoy the best treats Sweden and Scandinavia have to offer.

How much candy can be shipped on our air and sea freight pallets?

We provide two specialized pallet types to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our premium candy products: air freight pallets and sea freight pallets, each tailored to meet distinct shipping requirements. Air freight pallets are designed for rapid delivery, adhering to stricter size constraints with a maximum height of approximately 1.6 meters to comply with aircraft cargo regulations.

In contrast, sea freight pallets offer greater flexibility, accommodating taller loads up to 2.2 meters, ideal for larger or bulk candy orders. Both pallet types support a maximum weight of roughly 500 kilograms, making them suitable for a wide range of candies, from lightweight gummy packs to denser chocolate assortments.
